Bossk Productions LLC ("we," "us") provides call-answering and text-messaging services (including the FrontDesk platform) to local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through that service and how we use it — both for the businesses that hire us and for the callers who reach those businesses.

Information we collect

• Phone numbers and call metadata (time, duration, whether the call was answered) when someone calls a business phone number we manage.
• The content of text messages exchanged as part of the missed-call text-back and appointment-scheduling service.
• Information voluntarily provided by a caller — such as name, reason for calling, or insurance details — when submitted through our service.

How we use it

• To operate the service: answering calls, sending missed-call text-backs, routing leads to the business's front desk, and verifying insurance eligibility when requested.
• To provide the business client with records of their own calls, leads, and savings reporting.
• We do not sell caller information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messaging

If you receive a text message from a business using our service, it is because you called that business's phone number and the call went unanswered, or you are continuing a conversation you started by calling. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.

Data retention

Call and message records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service to our business clients, or as required by law.
